Configurable Valuation Model
Rules-engine pricing per part, per market, with automated revaluation. Objective decision-making at scale.
Sustain360 is a robust Platform as a Service for Smart Car Dismantling, Task Management, Yard & Warehouse Management, and Used Car Part Selling — highly modular and configurable. Built on the Dismanto platform, with 25 years of automotive industry experience behind it.

Sustain360 platform · live yard view
Configurable workflow per yard — depollution, strip, bin, list.
Spatial inventory with exact bin, shelf, and row coordinates.
Multi-channel listings, rule-engine pricing, one source of truth.
Passenger cars, vans and other light goods vehicles scrapped in the EU in 2019.
Of parts and materials — EU ELV Directive 2000/53/EC compliance target.
Of end-of-life vehicle weight across the EU.
The team behind Sustain360 has built systems for the automotive industry for a quarter-century through the Dismanto initiative.
Industry statistics from the European Commission and Eurostat (Directive 2000/53/EC; end-of-life vehicle reporting, 2019). Sustain360 / Dismanto-specific figures are labelled separately.
Every module is anchored to the same VIN. Data flows from intake to audit-ready report without rekeying, exports, or month-end reconciliation.
Rules-engine pricing per part, per market, with automated revaluation. Objective decision-making at scale.
Role-based assignments across yard staff for efficient resource management.
BI-driven parts catalogue with VIN-anchored compatibility and OEM matching.
Spatial yard and warehouse management — exact bin, shelf, and row.
Each yard runs its own states. Depollution, strip stages, binning, listing — all configurable.
Sort and prioritise inbound vehicles by configurable rules: value, age, demand.
Aggregator-level templates that flow down to yards; rule-engines for valuation, depollution, and listing.
Operator dashboards, audit-grade exports, and board-ready KPIs for business insight.
Multi-channel listing to PrestaShop, NopCommerce, PartVisor, eBay Motors, and walk-in.
From inbound vehicle through depollution, strip, binning, listing, and shipment — every stage is configurable per yard, and every action is logged against the source VIN.

A single platform configured for the three core audiences across the end-of-life chain.
Run the floor on a single board. Track every vehicle and every part end to end, with role-based task assignment.
Depollution, recovery, and chain-of-custody documentation aligned with EU Directive 2000/53/EC.
VIN-anchored compatibility, OEM-grade part matching, and multi-channel listing from one source of truth.
Sustain360 is designed for the operating model the industry is moving toward — aggregator-level templates, yard-level autonomy, OEM-grade reporting, and clean integrations with marketplaces and ERP systems.

Every vehicle Sustain360 processes feeds back into the economy — first as reusable parts, then as recovered materials. The platform measures and reports each step so the loop is auditable, not aspirational.
Surface every viable part to the marketplace before the vehicle hits the shredder line.
Aluminium, copper, steel, and chemistry routed and weighed with VIN-anchored paperwork.
Per-vehicle and per-shipment reports that match the audit posture aggregators and OEMs ask for.
ISO 27001 · SOC 2 — roadmap, not certified to date.
For OEMs like VW Group, BMW, Stellantis, and Renault — Sustain360 closes the loop on the parts and materials your factories are required to recover. Every part the platform extracts is matched to its VIN and OE part number; every gram of material is logged against an auditable record; every shipment back to a factory carries the paperwork to prove it.
Composite voices drawn from operators, sales staff, and compliance leads across our build partners — clearly labelled per our editorial policy.
Before Sustain360 we ran the floor on whiteboards and three group chats. We can now point to any vehicle on any day and say what state it is in.
We list the same part to PrestaShop, NopCommerce, and PartVisor without re-keying anything. The reservation gets to all three before I finish the coffee.
The Certificate of Destruction PDF comes out of the system signed and machine-readable. Audit week stopped being audit week.
The yard runs six binning stations and three sales channels — PrestaShop FI, NopCommerce, and a direct trade counter. Before Sustain360, parts moved through three spreadsheets and a paper bin ledger. After Sustain360, every part is anchored to its source VIN at the binning scanner, valuation runs against Sandbox FI data on intake, and listings publish on the day a part is graded. Audit paperwork for the EU ELV directive is generated from the same workflow rather than rebuilt at month-end.
