This is the plain-language privacy notice for the Sustain360 marketing site and the Sustain360 platform. The full text is in review by counsel; for the current version write to privacy@dismanto.com.
Who is the data controller?
AutoDAP B.V. is the data controller for the marketing site and the data processor for customer tenants on the Sustain360 platform. Customer tenants are the data controllers for their own yard operational data, audit trails, and customer records held inside their tenant.
What data do we collect?
- Marketing site visitors
- Page views and basic device data via privacy-respecting analytics. No cross-site tracking; no advertising cookies by default.
- Demo form submissions
- Name, work email, company, country, yard count, current tooling, and preferred time. Used only to book and run the requested demo.
- Platform tenant data
- Vehicles, parts, orders, customers, audit events. Held under the tenant's data processing agreement and never shared across tenants.
- Support correspondence
- Email exchanges with our team — retained per the contract term and the regulatory retention period.
Legal basis for processing
Performance of contract (running the platform on behalf of customer tenants), legitimate interest (marketing site analytics and demo follow-up), and legal obligation (audit-trail retention for EU ELV and UK ATF compliance).

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@dismanto.com. We respond within the GDPR-mandated window.
