§ 01 — The platform

Eight stages, one continuous loop.

The Sustain360 platform is an end-to-end operating system for vehicle dismantling. It covers the eight stages of the ELV lifecycle — acquire, inspect, dismantle, bin, value, sell, fulfil, report — against a multi-tenant model that runs at the level of an Aggregator, a Dismantler group, or a single Yard. Every part is anchored to the source VIN, every transition lands in an audit trail, and every grid exports.

The eight stages

  1. STAGE 011 of 8

    Acquire

    the inbound vehicle

Auction purchase tracking, VIN intake, supplier records.

  2. STAGE 022 of 8

    Inspect

    the consistent grade

Condition grading, photo capture, damage logging.

  3. STAGE 033 of 8

    Dismantle

    the configured teardown

Configurable, state-driven dismantling workflow per yard.

  4. STAGE 044 of 8

    Bin

    the labelled shelf

Barcode-driven part binning, location tracking, condition grading per part.

  5. STAGE 055 of 8

    Value

    the priced part

Rules-engine pricing per part, per market, with automated revaluation.

  6. STAGE 066 of 8

    Sell

    the multi-channel listing

Multi-channel listing to PrestaShop, NopCommerce, PartVisor, and direct.

  7. STAGE 077 of 8

    Fulfil

    the closed loop

Pickup management, customer records, invoicing, PayPal payments.

  8. STAGE 088 of 8

    Report

    the audit ledger

PDF reports, audit trails, compliance documentation for ELV (EU) and ATF (UK).

How the loop holds together.

The eight stages are not a waterfall. A part graded at inspection moves to bin and to valuation, but the valuation step also pulls fresh market data from Sandbox and reprices stock that has aged on the shelf. Sold parts ripple back through reporting, which shapes the next month's purchase strategy.

Read each stage on its own page for the role-by-role detail, the integrations involved, and the audit posture that backs it.
