This is the plain-language summary of the Sustain360 terms of service. The full text is in review by counsel; for the current binding version write to legal@dismanto.com.
Scope
These terms govern access to the Sustain360 marketing site and the Sustain360 platform. Customer tenants on the platform also operate under a separate master agreement signed at contract.
Acceptable use
Use the platform for lawful purposes consistent with your tenancy. Do not attempt to bypass tenancy isolation, reverse engineer security controls, or use the platform to infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Sustain360 retains all rights to the platform, the marketing site, and the documentation. Customer tenants retain all rights to their tenant data and audit trails. Outputs from the platform — certificates, reports, exports — are owned by the customer tenant that generated them.
Warranties and liability
The platform is provided on the terms set out in the master agreement. The marketing site is provided as-is for information. Specific warranties, service levels, and liability caps are in the master agreement.
Termination and exit
On termination, customer tenants receive a full audit-grade export of vehicles, parts, orders, and audit events in CSV and PDF. Retention of residual data is per the contracted retention policy and the regulatory retention period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Finland for tenants contracted to AutoDAP B.V., and the law of England and Wales for tenants contracted to the UK entity. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction set out in the master agreement.
