EU ELV Directive 2000/53/EC
Sustain360 produces depollution certificates and event-level audit trails aligned with the EU ELV directive and the local implementing regulations in each member state. In Finland, the platform aligns with Traficom and the regional ELY centres.
UK ATF and DVLA
For UK ATFs, the platform generates Certificates of Destruction against DVLA requirements. Reporting against the relevant Environment Agency (England), SEPA (Scotland), NRW (Wales), and NIEA (Northern Ireland) permits is produced from the same audit trail.
VAT — FI and UK
Sales are taxed in EUR under Finnish VAT rules for FI tenants and in GBP under UK VAT rules for UK tenants. VAT-aware invoices and reconciliation exports run as standard.
GDPR
Detailed GDPR posture lives at /legal/gdpr. EU residency, encryption at rest and in transit, documented data subject rights workflow, and a current sub-processor list shared with customers.
Audit trail
Every workflow transition records operator, role, time, and any associated grade, price, or document. Audit events are immutable and exportable per vehicle, per yard, or per tenant. This is the same trail that backs ELV, ATF, VAT, and GDPR evidence requests.
