Vehicles enter via auction sync, insurer feeds, OEM take-back streams, or manual intake. Each new VIN is decoded into vehicle attributes, photographed, and weighed before any downstream stage opens.

Which auction systems can Sustain360 sync with?

Sustain360 syncs purchase data from FI and UK auction systems used by the dismantlers we serve. New auction sources are added on customer request — the inbound shape is the same and most onboardings take half a day.

Does Sustain360 track supplier history?

Yes. Every acquisition record carries supplier, source, purchase price, transport cost, and the operator who logged the intake. Aggregate views surface supplier performance over time without spreadsheets.

What happens if the VIN decode fails?

The vehicle still enters the system as a draft record. An operator can complete attributes manually, and the VIN is queued for a retry against alternative decoders before the inspection stage opens.
