Definition

PrestaShop

PrestaShop
PrestaShop is an open-source PHP-based e-commerce platform widely used by European auto-parts retailers, particularly in France and the Nordics. Sustain360 syncs bi-directionally with PrestaShop: parts catalogue, stock levels, prices, and orders flow in both directions, with conflict resolution biased toward the most recent operator action. A single Sustain360 tenant can connect many PrestaShop stores, each with its own credentials and taxonomy mapping. Stock decrements correctly across all connected stores on a sale. Near-real-time event syncing is backstopped by a nightly reconciliation pass to catch anything the event stream missed. PrestaShop 1.7 and 8 are actively supported; older 1.6 stores have been migrated successfully but are not actively tested on each release. Sustain360's PrestaShop integration is one of the most-used channels in the platform because so much of the dismantler customer base already runs PrestaShop.
