Aggregator
A network operator running many dismantler groups or franchise sites under one tenant.
Definition
Aggregator
- Aggregator
- An Aggregator is the top tenant in the Sustain360 hierarchy — Aggregator → Dismantler → Yard. Aggregators operate a network of dismantler groups, often spanning more than one market, and consume the platform at a portfolio level rather than at a single yard. The Aggregator tier rolls up every connected yard's vehicles, parts, orders, and audit events into a single dashboard while letting each yard configure its own dismantling workflow, label templates, pricing rules, and integrations. In a practical sense, an Aggregator buys Sustain360 because spreadsheets cannot reconcile twelve yards in twelve different shapes. The tier supports concurrent FI and UK operations with localised VAT, currency, and compliance paperwork from inside one tenancy. Role-based access keeps yard-level operators on yard-level data; the Aggregator's central operations, accounts, and compliance staff see across the network without forcing identical workflows on each site. Aggregators also tend to drive integration sophistication — multi-channel listing across PrestaShop, NopCommerce, and PartVisor, SSO/SAML for the head-office team, and webhook-driven exports into a corporate data warehouse.
